If you have not seen The Vow, you must get out of your seat and go now! The lead roles are played by the heart pounding Tatum Channing and the beautiful Rachel McAdams, that right there should make you run for your keys and out the door. It has been a long time since we have seen a romantic movie such as the Vow. Tatum Channing who plays Leo works to win Rachel McAdams (Paige) heart again after getting into a car accident, which puts her in a coma. She awakens with a lot of memory loss and does not remember her husband and can only remember her life before she met Leo where she had a different fiancé at the time, Jeremy.
I believe that The Vow is the new romantic movie to outdo. So, you’re probably wondering what makes this movie so different than every other romantic move out there, right? You literally find yourself captivated in the movie, so much so that you feel that the 2 hours you have just watched have just felt like a short 30 minutes. By the end of the movie I wanted to stay put in my seat hoping the credits would end and the movie would begin to play again. I think that a sequel could be made because it leaves you wanting to see more (I don’t want to spoil the end for the people who haven’t seen it, so I won’t say what happens).
I Ladies on hold to your seat, because it could really happen to you! This movie was based off of a true story as shown in the credits. This isn’t another one of those fantasy movies, it truly gives you faith. I have never seen someone so in love with his other half. I left the movie theatre in hope and belief that someday I could find my own Leo. The Vow made me laugh, cry, and mad throughout the entire movie. I think that if a movie can make you feel all those emotions, it’s a darn good movie and well worth seeing.
